1. Data in the game
The current version of Statue Rush does not automatically collect or transmit personal information or gameplay data to the developer or to advertising or analytics services. You can play without creating an account or signing in.
The game does not use advertising identifiers, track you across apps or websites, or request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or location.
2. Progress saved on your device
The game stores information locally so you can continue playing. This includes:
- Level progress, similarity scores, earned stars, and unlocked sculptures.
- Your Endless Tower best score and in-game gold balance.
- Language, music, sound, and vibration preferences.
The game reads your device’s language setting to choose an initial language. This happens on your device. The game does not upload these saves or preferences to a developer-operated server, and it has no in-game cloud-save or account-sync service.
3. Ads, analytics, and other services
The current version contains no advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, tracking, or remote crash-reporting service. Its game assets, music, fonts, and in-app legal notices are included with the app.
If you choose to open a license or privacy website link, it opens in your browser. The game does not attach your progress or scores to that link. The destination website has its own privacy practices.
Apple may provide device backups or operating-system diagnostics according to your settings. Those services are separate from a cloud-save, analytics, or crash-upload feature implemented by Statue Rush.
4. Storage and deletion
Local progress remains in the app’s storage until it is removed. To remove the app’s local data, use the iOS Delete App option. Offloading an app can preserve its documents and data.
iCloud or computer backups may contain a copy of the app’s data, depending on your settings. Restoring a backup may restore that data. Backup retention and deletion are managed through Apple’s or your device’s backup controls.
We do not hold a server copy of your game progress, so we cannot remotely restore, transfer, or delete it.
5. When you contact support
If you email statuerush@gmail.com, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. This is voluntary support correspondence, separate from automatic data collection by the game.
We use that information to respond and investigate your request. Email delivery is handled by email service providers. Please send only what is needed, and avoid including passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information.
Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle your request and meet applicable obligations. You can contact the same address to ask about or request deletion of correspondence you have sent.
6. This website
These pages use no analytics scripts, advertising, tracking cookies, forms, or browser-storage features. Fonts use your device’s available system fonts; images and styles are served with the website.
The website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. When served there, Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. This hosting activity is separate from game progress saved on your device. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its practices.
7. Updates and contact
If the game’s information practices change, this policy and the relevant App Store disclosures will be updated. The effective date above identifies this version of the policy.
